"A truly wonderful find. The home is warm and inviting, full of beautiful cosy touches - woolen blankets, hot water bottles, fresh flowers everywhere, interesting books and history. And a great fireplace! The garden is absolutely lovely and we struggled to drag our little boys away from it on our last day. "We have stayed at this property several times and is our first choice for Akaroa. Our four night stay on a wet chilly week was very comfortable due to the underfloor heating. Its location is excellent on the waterfront and the on site parking is at the door but can be a little limited at busy times."
