"Lovely experience. No early check-in (was 3pm as stated online). Breakfast was lovely. Room spacious and clean. Toiletries (shampoo. conditioner, shower gel) good quality and were full. Had bath and shower. Can use spa facilities, just need to book at check in. Close to city centre, lots to do, great food finds and shopping! Drive to Trafford centre was 15mins. Parking cost £30 for 24hrs at NCP. Overall would stay again"

"Fantastic hotel and great location. Top floor view was spectacular too. Only downside of being so high up was lifts were very slow. Super convenient having a kitchen with high quality appliances, pans etc. I think more cleaning supplies should be provided (perhaps a spray for the kitchen side or some surface wipes). "Overall excellent. Lovely room, friendly staff and nice breakfast. I did ask reception about potential roadworks some days before we were due to stay but was not given a helpful answer. There are a lot of road works surrounding the hotel and access points and we struggled to find our way round them, particularly to the CitiPark car park where I assume most guests with a car will be parking. A little warning/information in advance would have been helpful and less stressful. Thank you."
