The hotel staffs are generally very good and friendly. The hotel set up is very good. One thing that was turning me off is that the smell (raw sewer) of the bathroom. That is more likely result of poor construction. I asked front deck to have maintenance check it out but nothing happen. What happen is that drain clean out placed at wrong place or be not capped which more likely caused the sewer smell keeps coming out.

The hotel itself was nothing short of astonishing, beautifully adorned with lush gardens and vibrant lemon trees that added a refreshing touch to the ambiance. Our room, a newly renovated junior suite, was both elegant and technologically advanced, ensuring a comfortable and modern stay. It was impeccably clean, and the sophisticated decor made our experience even more special. The pool area was another highlight, offering a spectacular view that made every swim feel like a dip in paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to the Amalfi Coast. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.

This is a hotel a little ways outside of Amalfi, but it is amazing - the view, the staff and shuttle are all amazing, we could easily just hang there looking at the beautiful and dramatic shore and water! You can walk up the hill to a couple of great restaurants, and also go on shuttle to Amalfi and grab a boat to places like Capri, Positano, Salerno, etc I loved the location, breakfast is really good, and a beautiful bar and restaurant!

Beautiful property. We were upgraded free of charge and the room did not disappoint. Very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Free breakfast was spectacular and suitable for all. Free shuttle service to and from town and the drivers were super friendly. Will recommend to family and friends who are traveling to the Amalfi Coast.
