"I liked that it was quite central. Staff was really lovely and helpful. It was fairly unpersonal and lacking charm! The outside needs desperate attention : painting and repair. The pool area and back of building was very poor : it needs updating and painted etc it really didn’t entice me to spend time around the pool. "We upgraded to a room with a view of the river which was nice. Room was comfortable and a good size. The shower lacked pressure and at times hot water which is really disappointing. Buffet breakfast was average. There was foam beads in the pool which thet tried to clean when I mentioned it to the staff. "
