"Fantastic stay there"

"Good location on the quiet end of Banff Avenue and with Roam line 1 stop right outside. Nice comfortable room but no air conditioning. We needed to open window and used the fan provided. There is kettle in the room and a small fridge. Parking is easy and ample of space at the basement. Staff very helpful with transportation questions etc. "

"Love the spacious duplex with fully-equipped kitchen. My family also loves the fireplace and the 2 bathrooms in the 3-queen beds duplex. The washing machines and dryers are within the compound and there are ample parking lots. This is the only lodge we had stayed in so many accommodations with kitchen the last 2 years that actually provide a brand new sponge for kitchen dish washing. There is also a dishwasher with bar soap provided. Well-done!"

"I travelled solo for some rest after medical treatments. I made the best decision by choosing this resort. I was greeted by the most wonderful employee Marissa who went out of her way to make me feel like VIP. I opted for the gold level and was not disappointed. The distinction between a great hotel and a really special one is in the smallest details. From the personalized welcome note, treats, staff engagement, subtle exclusive luxuries define my experience. The grounds are stunning, the complimentary activities were reminiscent of the type of retreat guests have grown accustomed to since its inception. It truly felt like a retreat. I also had a spa treatment and took advantage of hold/cold therapy. I cannot wait to go back. "
