The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. "Comfortable stay while on a 2 night stay in Bangkok. Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, park, and close access to public transportation but tucked in enough to provide no street noise. Hotel provides transportation to the main street which was a nice convenience. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many types of foods to choose from. I stayed in the new wing which was a very comfortable modern room with nice cold AC. "

"Shopping malls are all within 30min walk include bts skytrain. Big C supermarket, central world shopping mall, are just around the corner. Platinum shopping mall is just across the road. There is a self service 24/7 laundry place just 5min down the road. McDonald's on the ground floor "

The friendly staff , gardens, breakfast buffet, and location are the most notable things about IBIS Bangkok Riverside.Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel. The rooms are basic. Don’t expect 5 star hotel amenities. Staff and services are excellent. I’ve stayed here at least 40 times and have no complaints. Great value for this location by the river in Bangkok.
