To use the gym we needed to pay. Tv was not working we had to ask to move us to another room. Very inconvenient, we also needed a taxi to take us to the airport by 3:00am. They did call the taxi, but he arrived early and the meter was already marking 11.65 euros. Told us it was approximately 35. Euros to airport, charged us 51. Euros and the driver said they have a contract with the hotel. Very disappointed. Would like to ask for a refund if at least as we were very unhappy with the facility selected by Expedia.
