We went during a heat wave and it was hot in the house due to no air conditioner but the manager purchased us new fans and we opened the windows and doors and it cooled down. "House was lovely; owner was extremely responsive to requests such as supplying a crib and meeting us ahead of our check-in time to let us drop off luggage. Unfortunately, the lack of air-conditioning made this an impossible stay for my family with a 1-year old ibnfant; also the neighborhood is at least 20 minute walk to the beach which was also very difficult with a stroller. I think it would be a great property for younger folks without children."

"11 of us - plenty of room and plenty of rooms. We could have a joint dinner in the spacious dining room. Great views from the deck. Ping pong and dart games were fun, however the pool was a bit chilly in late December. The ONLY downside to the property is that the oven was very small and didn't seem to fully heat, making it tough to cook for a large group. Were able to use outside grill to compensate.
