"Great location, right in front of the beach and east access to everything within the centre of Llandudno. The room was a great size, plenty of space. We weren't advised about having to pre-book a parking space at the hotel so we'd to find spaces out front or in a side street. There were spaces so not too stressful. The lift is very snug and corridors very narrow to rooms. Our room was facing the beach and under the main bar / restaurant area. We were woken up 5am to loud music coming from...

"When we opened the bathroom door, we noticed part of the ceiling had collapsed. They offered us a different room, but we said if you sort it out, it will be ok. They cleaned the room straight away, and replaced the ceiling tiles the next day. We could not fault them on it. Breakfast was very nice, and comfortable bed. A bit dated, but just like a lot of other places. Will stay again."

"Very hard to park, very small room with a tiny shower enclosure. If you are a large person I’m not sure you would fit. The whole hotel was nicely decorated and clean, lots of hot water for a shower(once you wedged yourself in there). Great coffee in the room with nice little touches like amazing welsh shortbread biscuits. Friendly service and good food."

"Great value for money, exactly what I needed for a work stay over. Area is nice and very close to the beach. Staff are friendly and available. Breakfast was good too, full English which set the morning off good. Only issue was the shower took ages (5-10 mins) to get warm, and never got hot. Other than that, would recommend."

"What a lovely Central Hotel facing the pier, the bed was so comfortable and everywhere was very clean. Coffee, tea, biscuits & chocolates in the room. The breakfast was amazing with good quality bacon & sausage. We was in the family room at the top of the hotel and the only downside was there's no lift but overhaul this hotel is fabulous. Staff are lovely and do a fantastic job. Thankyou"

"Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Perfect location, right on the promenade, town within 5 mins walk away. Breakfast £8.95pp and was beautiful and HUGE. No onsite parking but managed to park right outside the hotel and only costs £5.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay again"
