"Great location just down the street from Tower bridge. Picked this hotel because it was a large room and there was washer/dryer in the room. Our first night we noticed the a/c wasn’t working and we complained. They weren’t able to fix it so moved us to another room. Zak was most helpful and apologetic. "Getting around was very easy. Train station two minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants right there. We loved having the kitchen so we could make a quick breakfast or lunch some days."

"The folks at the front desk especially Paul was very nice and attentive. However we booked this hotel specifically for the washer and dryer in the room. They did not work and after a request to have them fixed they were not. Also make sure there are instructions on how to use them as they are very different than in the US. "

"We liked our stay at the hotel. The morning and afternoon staff were friendly. I do wish however that it would have been possible to get clean towels in the early evening. There was residual noise from the other patrons on the floor, which was somewhat annoying at night time. The room was clean which was good. I do wish there would have been a way to contact the front desk as there was no phone for that in the room. There are a lot of restaurants near by which is nice. "

"These are very nice apartments with a kitchenette, pleasant shower, and comfortable bed. We got an apartment with a sofa bed since we were with my daughter. Enough room for the three of us. The reception was nice and they offered to store our luggage. However, they did ask for a fairly hefty fee if we wanted to check-in early. They also booked us a cab to Heathrow. "Super staff! Our power went out in our first room and we were promptly moved to a similar yet smaller room. No issues. I get that they were trying to accommodate us quickly.
