Valet employees were very kind and helpful. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of microwave in the room. Even less impressed that we were charged $20 to have one sent to our room to use. Even less impressed that it took 30 minutes to get there without the cutlery we had asked to be included with it. Overall, decent stay. Would love if parking was included in the room fee.

The hotel is very tired and old. It was very expensive and completely unaware of its deficiencies. One day, they shut off the water for most of the day without any warning or compensation. Not even a note under the door. Just let residents find out when they came back from a workout in the gym, or try to flush the loo.
