"A lovely modern hotel with great staff who were very helpful. Right across the street from Casa Mila and a few metres from Metro and hopon hopoff bus stops. It's a busy area with lots of high end shopping and we really enjoyed that location. We had great meals and bought a few items in the supermarkets when we decided to have quiet meals on the balcony or sitting inside ( the balcony faced west and was pretty hot in the afternoon after all day out in the sun). Pretty much a perfect place to stay"

The woman that greeted us upon arrival “The Lady”, I believe she’s referred to as that, was one of the sweetest most welcoming and helpful people I’ve met. We instantly felt comfortable. "Excellent hotel Super clean great location. Room has coffee pods and tea and they gave us a little box of cookies which my husband loved. Lindt chocolates on the pillows and even cozy blankets for patio. They were in plastic sealed bags so you knew they were clean. Cute patio and slippers and robes. Great area walkable to everything and several patios right outside the doors to hotel. "

"The hotel has large collections of paintings and framed posters including cartoons, etc which is a bonus. The staff are polite and accommodating. Walkable to some must-see buildings including Sagrada Familia. Lots of restaurants and tapas bars nearby. We enjoyed dinner at Secret Tapas just round the corner. We have enjoyed our stay in Barcelona."

"Nice small room with a beautiful large terrace. Shower and toilet a bit inconvenient as they are inside the room separated only by a thin glass door. The big problem is that we asked for an early taxi to be reserved as we had to take an early morning flight, we asked for a taxi at 5:30AM. The receptionist, a man from Peru, failed to register our request and the taxi was not there. We had to wait for another taxi to arrive. "

"Loved the staff, Diego was super, as was Idania. Bunk bed was great - comfortable, clean. Would recommend that the Hostal encourage guests (and staff) to use earbuds/headphones when watching stuff on their phones while in dormitory/dining room/interior patio room off of the bedrooms and kitchen. The bathroom shower areas would benefit from improved ventilation and air circulation. Great central location AND away from the madding crowds of the Ramblas. Fantastic and handsome hostel!"

"Christal did a great job taking care of us when we arrived. The rooms are sound proof which was great. There was shampoo, body wash, shaver, toothbrush and other amenities. Weird part no lotion. The not so good part, no one or it takes a long time for someone to answer Frontdesk. Not worth for its price buts it’s a good location for shopping. Walking distance to Gaudi/Casa Batillo and great restaurants too. Place is in need of update."

"I arrived early and the gentleman at the front desk put my luggage in storage and gave me detailed directions and a map for some sightseeing and shared that they would try to get a room ready asap! He set up me taxi to the airport for the next day and a wake up call. They were great! Hotel is located in a nice area and a short walk to a stop for the hop on hop off bus. "

"Absolutely loved the Terrace. At the end of the day before heading out to dinner we enjoyed wine and conversation with other travellers. "The staff were all excellent, kind, friendly and very helpful during our stay here. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to see what the beautiful city of Barcelona has to offer. We were only a few minutes walk away from some amazing terraces, the Sagrada Familia was only around a 30 minute walk from the hotel, and there are a whole bunch of other sights and food options right next to the hotel."

"The family room was fine for our family of four, and the kids each enjoyed having a top bunk. There was food downstairs as well as across the street. Unfortunately, food was not allowed in the rooms which made it difficult to grab something and bring it back with you. Also, on our second of two nights, a couple a guys were playing a loud game of soccer in front of our door and rammed into it at one point. We politely told them that we had kids that were trying to sleep and asked them to keep it...
