"This property was absolutely adorable. It was so pet friendly and was within walking distance to all of downtown Carmel. "

"Large room, very comfortable bed. Nice view of the river from my balcony. I got complimentary coffee each morning at the office, rather than using the generic hotel coffee in the room. So much better, from a local coffee roaster! Very friendly office staff. The only negative was that there was a fair amount of road noise during the day. "

"We only stayed here one night as we were making stops down the coast of California but we would’ve stayed for a week if possible with how amazing this hotel was! The staff were very friendly, helpful and improved the overall experience. The property is beautiful and set one street over from the Carmel Beach which makes for easy beach access! The room was very clean/modern and is definitely a luxury experience! We highly recommend staying if you are a couple in search for a hotel in Carmel!"

"In a town with narrow streets and tons of pedestrians, this location was easier for driving in and out than many places closer to the ocean. Many rooms have beautiful views of the area. The central brick patio area is inviting, with a fountain and cafe tables. My room was clean but not fashionable; I didn't care because the view was great. I noticed a maintenance issue where a gutter needed repair, but it didn't have an impact on my stay. "
