"I have stayed at properties owned/operated by Fairmont, The Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental and Regent, all of which I love. "Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future "

"This hotel is nestled in what feels like a residential area off of main roads. Tuk tuks can pull up to it, but the road is too narrrow for taxis or car pick up. The hotel is clean and modern. Only downsides are that the pool closes early at 8 pm. The pool isn't kid friendly and is a nice outdoor lap pool. The room service also forgot to give us towels the last night we were there and the front desk was unable to assist/get new towels for us. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay! Would rate 9/10...
