"The hotel was great! The room was kind of horrible. All the furniture except for the beds were completely crooked when I got there, which was weird but then the next morning I saw a women’s panty liner stuck to the wall above the bathroom wall. In true me fashion I felt bad because I could find anyone and nobody was at the desk so I just cleaned it up myself but I’m unsure if this is the place to stay in Elgin. Maybe it was a bad day for housekeeping but it was gross regardless."

"we had a few issues…pool wasn’t open when we arrived, door was loose so the key didn’t always work, and the neighbors were very noisy when their doors were open, which was often because they were friends with the people across the hall, the pancake machine was either broke or not filled with batter. But, really, none of that mattered because we were convenient to where we wanted to go, when the pool did open it was great, and the staff was always very accommodating."
