"Very private, great house, amazing kitchen, beautiful garden, private drive and a super host. Situated within a short drive to all the attractions the area has to offer, such as, West Wittering beach, Chichester, Bosham and lots more. The kids were extremely happy as we were and our Tibetan Mastiff. We will most definitely book it often in the future!"

"We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home."

"James was great at communicating and very helpful. Even posted back to us a couple of small things we had left at the house. The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. The kitchen is well equipped."

"We had a very magical special weekend away, the house was comfortable, it felt home from home. The views were spectacular, sitting in the lounge watching the sea was so relaxing. We went for some lovely walks and the kids loved playing in the garden. The house had everything you could possibly need! I couldn’t fault it at all! Communication with the owners was very friendly and they were very helpful. I would highly recommend staying :)"

"We had a fantastic week's stay at Sea Esta - so very comfortable, particularly the bed and towels!! It's excellent accommodation for a couple. We greatly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out to sea, watching the boats and enjoying the stunning views. The weather was incredible all week and we had some lovely walks from the house, particularly around Pagham Harbour - The Crab and Lobster is a must! "Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged."

"I recently stayed in this property with a group of old friends and we had an amazing weekend. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc and yet at night time it was very quiet. I would definitely rebook! Thank you x"
