"Staff are extremely accomodating whenever possible. Rooms mid-sized for a city hotel with most toiletries and amenities provided. Free breakfast buffet with machine coffee. Walkable to town down a hill. Only issue is street parking which is almost impossible to find even in the quieter season, so expect to pay $25 a night to park your car here. "

"Lovely staff and the management. They made our 30th anniversary very special and memorable. They gave us lots of surprises for our anniversary. When we enter the room there were lovely bottle of wine and chocolate with a greeting card which we didn’t expect on our arrival. We had a wonderful time there and never forget it. Will definitely recommend Hilton and will be visiting there again soon. Staff were amazing and always make us comfortable and enjoy our stay there. Very special thank to the front check in staff member Srijan who was so helpful and very supportive and also the Wakatipu restaurant manager for arranging a lovely anniversary dinner table for us with a greeting card and champagne. Everything was great. Thank you everyone who made our stay so memorable. See you soon again. "

"The apartment was very spacious, clean and the heating was sufficient. Just be aware that one needs to be physically able to drag the luggage up a steep walk way as there is no lift."
