"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "

We received a nice gesture of champagne upon arrival which may have been in anticipation of room location challenges. In the morning you can hear furniture moving above. But we were only here one night so was fine. We highly recommend this hotel. "

"We loved this hotel. The room was large and so comfortable for our family of four. Bathroom was equally large. The view was great. We ate at the restaurant and watched the sunset - other than the very loud large group - which is not the hotel’s fault- it was amazing. The walk to Sorrento is longer than described, from the ferry per my phone it was 1.7 miles and 37 minutes. We did not mind, but it is good to know as everyone says 20 minutes. Taxis were easy and hotel was great about getting them. I highly recommend."
