"Amazing customer service We had issues at another hotel near by. Went on line and booked this hotel, we were 2 hours early for check in which they had no problem with. We explained what had happen at the previous place and the girl behind the counter gave us a room credit for food for $75. She didn’t have to do that but I think she could see how flustered we were and she just made our day better. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name. "
