I had a reservation for one night. Next morning, I made a new reservation for one night again paying a diferent higher rate. I went to the front desk, talked about this and requested to stay in the same room; I checked in again, siigned, got new keys and made one more deposit. When I came back around 4:00 pm. The room was not fixed, no clean towels, no coffee. I requested the service and they said since I was staying for a second night and I didn’t qualify for service. I’m very dissapointed.

Hi I am trying to get a Refund for my Stay I stepped on something in the room that fell off Actually a Metal Tissue Holder that was loose ..Apparently I pulled a Tissue and it fell and I stepped on it The Hotel said that they can’t do anything about it and to call you I also have to go see a Doctor to open up a Claim I really don’t want to go there So I am hoping that you can get me Compensated Best Regards Bryan Leonard
