"Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! "

"We love the location of this stay and the hot tubs. However, there’s alot of spiders. I get you’re in the wilderness but there’s cobwebs everywhere. We were also unable to locate extra blankets. It’s a great location for family and kids. We usually book the one room villa and the whole house is open but this time the top rooms were locked, and were charged an upgrade of $80 to unlock them. Also the price difference between creek view and forest view isn’t much different I wouldn’t recommend...
