"This was my second time staying at this property. Took my family during spring break. Property is nice and well maintained. Great place for family and pool fun. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping. I had to make multiple requests for having my room cleaned. It did not get cleaned on the second day even though I had made a call twice and left both times for housekeeping to clean my room. On the third day, had to ask 2 more times until it finally got cleaned. I was very frustrated on...

"Clean,comfortable room with exceptional service. Enjoyed the free shuttle service offered to Universal Studios. Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

"We liked everything about our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went put if their way to make sure we were happy. Room was well decorated quiet and comfortable! Shower was awesome! We enjoyed all the meals and drinks we had and would recommend to others."

"I traveled with my husband and 4 kids, price is reasonable for what you get. The rooms are average sized, it’s an old hotel and being remodeled. Everything was clean in our rooms except the floors. My kids’ socks were BLACK from how dirty they were. It was a good experience overall, again I didn’t expect much from how low the price was so I’m satisfied with what I got. "
