"excellent everything "

"In general was very pleasant the stay at the Bund area very close and convenient location… good service and also the restaurants inside the hotel ..good idea and variety.. Breakfast was amazing buffet not expensive.. the only issues we had was with a miss understanding about a laundry service…. We ended up paying like $200 US dollars for underwear cleaning…. After do much talking they didn’t satisfy us in tge issue at all … Besides that the rest was good .."

"What an excellent hotel! Quick check-in and check-out, Rooms are very spacious and are outfitted wonderfully, like hotels used to do! Endless drawers for storage and lot of amenities. The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!"
