"Short one night stop over in Heraklion. Hotel was lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The only comment I would make was the bathroom wasn’t completely separate to the bedroom, separate toilet but the shower and wash basin were in the bedroom. Would have preferred a bit more privacy "

"Clean, great facilities. Staff are superb from entertainment to cooking to reception. Everything was easy, pools are lovely, beach is clean, we came in May/June and never had an issue finding a sun bed. Food is absolutely super with extremely fresh ingredients and a great variety. "We had a two week stay May2024 and I have to say, we had a fantastic stay. We arrived just before the beginning of the season and it was pretty dead to be honest which was really nice to spend the first few days to relax. We mainly stayed by the pool most days and was very well looked after by Claudia who is a real asset to the team. She’s relentless in making sure you are well looked after. My main frustration is the rule around the use of the sun mattresses (yes that’s not a typo) around the pool being €150 a day. That’s ridiculous and there were only 1 or 2 being used, mainly after a certain time in the afternoon when things start to wind down. Personally, this is the one thing that needs to change as that’s a silly price. The food and booze is excellent although on the expensive side, you do get what you pay for so make sure if you don’t have all inclusive, you bring some cash. Everything else was brilliant, all of the team at the front desk and buffet breakfast should get a massive shout out. If we ever had an issue, it was sorted pretty much immediately. The hotel is situated 10 minute walk from the main town and you will find some brilliant local tavernas around there to complement your stay. Enjoy!!"

"Excellent hotel, everything from rooms to food to staff was excellent. Drinks are also excellent and not the cheap stuff you usually get with all inclusives. Having the restaurants within the hotel is very convenient and the food there is also great. Added bonus of having a desert restaurant which stays open into the night. "
