"The cleanliness was questionable of the room, however seen a lot of staff cleaning the the lobby and the restaurant I thought the breakfast was super basic, less than average even. But coffee was nice. "

It would benefit from continuous housekeeping assessment & maintenance in the bedroom areas though - our room was a lovely very large, front facing one but the bathroom sink plug mechanism was broken & part of one of the curtains was hanging off the rail. Little things matter! Whilst there they also seemed to be having a lot of trouble with their card key system. Two...

"This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging"

"Smooth check in Advised to change room from suite where sofa bed not appropriate for kids to double room. Very honest input from Mohammed at check out. Gave lots of options. Room had poor AC control though, room for some rea9 was really hot. Luckily had a fan in the room. Breakfast decent. Electric charging point x 1, short cable so had to adjust car. Uses bp pulse app. Extended check out at £10 per hour. I feel this should be free in non busy periods. "

The only disappointing thing was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was toothpaste spatter all over the blue painted wall, which is totally disgusting. Besides that though, the bed was extremely comfortable. "
