"Great place to stay. Everything was great. Only problem I had was when checking out of the hotel and the parking attendant at the gate was very rude, not friendly and poor customer service. I didn’t know how to pay for my parking and the black lady was sooooo mean and not helpful, that I was late for my babies doctor appointment. The hotel was awesome but I think they need better staff."

"I recently stayed at the Showboat Hotel and while my overall experience was mixed, there were definitely some standout moments worth mentioning. Let's start with the not-so-great parts. Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the check-in process. It was slow and inefficient, with a long line, It seemed like they were understaffed and unprepared for the influx of guests.
