"We had a lovely week at Beachcomber Cottage. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Plenty of plates, cutlery etc and things to cook with. Liked the fact there were parking spaces right next to the house. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Location of the house on the estate is good, not far to pool, playground and pub. "

"Understand Covid is present but the room was dusty and smelt floaty. When booking there was no explanation about the breakfast. £149 was a lot of money for the standard of this room. Website didn’t really match reality. The young staff were great and very friendly. One of the older staff didn’t even speak!! Was underwhelmed!"

"We stayed here to go to a concert, we were able to walk to the north side of Scarborough, however it was a good 30 minutes for us, so maybe a car or taxi ride for anyone who cannot walk too far. The hotel was small but our room was fine for us, the bathroom was quite small and would be a challenge for the larger person, or someone tall. Our check in and out was fine and breakfast was lovely, cooked to order by the filling in of a slip the night before. The room was nice and clean, TV a decent...

"Andrew was an amazing host and his property in Filey is absolutely beautiful. We had a fantastic time celebrating my nephew's first birthday. As we could bring our dog, we enjoyed fabulous walks at Flamborough Head, Bridlington and Scarborough. Memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much, Andrew!"
