"The floors in our room were sandy, no lifts or ramps to our room meant carrying prams and babies up stairs with no bellboy offer, no spare blankets in room, can very clearly hear noise on neighbours balcony and outside of the rooms door. All staff were awesome. Breakfast was awesome- although all baked goods were stale. Coffee purchased at breakfast was so SO good. Overall an acceptable family holiday spot and would probably return. "From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The friendliest most helpful staff you could ever find in Australia. They all clearly love their jobs and want to be there. My sister and I stayed with my 4 year old niece. We have had the most wonderful 3 days. We will be back"

"Overall property and service was excellent, great initiative to offer a $10 credit per day if you don’t require your room made up/cleaned daily. Particular mention to Daydream’s maintenance manager Kara who went above and beyond to help us and make us welcome when some tree trimming work impeded some paths. She was wonderful! Would definitely return to this resort. "

"Setting is fabulous, outlook fantastic, food incredible. All restaurant venues quality of food was excellent. Majority of staff were excellent, (Atama a standout). Staff need senior management in all areas as some staff were standing around talking more than serving. (Especially at the main pool area). This is not the young kids fault but lack of investment by upper management to supply and enforce high hospitality standards"

"The Staff in Zephyr Restaurant were absolutely brilliant & the food was superb. The Bathroom was not clean & a bit of elbow grease wouldn’t go astray. Room itself was comfortable & quiet. "

"Stayed in the mountain view studio. Beautiful views, easy access to rainforest walks. Very tidy, mostly clean except for some pillows that looked a bit dirty. Has coffee and fridge which is nice, but lack of a kitchen sink means you have bring your own dishwasher soap and do everything in the bathroom. A bit noisy when people walk pass as its not soundproof."

"I felt the staff where a bit over worked. They didn’t really excel or bring the magic that a place like sea world should have. The property needs a bit of maintenance. Had some rain over our stay and box gutter was leaking right out our front door of our room. Apart from that it was a good stay. "
