"The Laundry promise of same day service printed on their notifications in the room was not fulfilled. It was a false promise and created a wardrobe challenge for me. It is important not to mislead and give PRECISE time and date of delivery. In 45 years of intense global travel this has not happened before. Please instruct Gays Centre Hotel ASAP. "

"The family room we booked for 3 persons was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk service staff - Irfan and Eva were very friendly and helpful. Irfan gave us some information and tips on where to eat and how to walk. He was very patient and smiley all the time. We were happy with the room and the service."
