"Bed was rather uncomfortable and although we requested for a baby cot, was agreed upon prior and confirmed even at check in, there was done upon check in at about 9pm. We had to wait for a service staff to bring it up much later and she didn't know how to set it up as it was her first time. This was through no fault of hers as housekeeping was supposed to do it. In the end, the cot was also unstable at the sides. Kudos for trying, though! Check in and check out processes were prompt and timely,...

"Perfect central location to the city. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and easy deal with, accommodated us with a late check out and held our baggae until our flight out."

"Great location for central Dunedin and the Octagon's nightlife. Parking availability very handy in a quiet area. We had a large room with separate comfy chairs for TV viewing. Staff at reception gave excellent advice on the surrounds."
