Nice way to accommodate visiting travellers, or runners in the Edinburgh marathon... It was great to stay and be with helpful, friendly hosts, taking photos the wonderful local landmark, a bagpiper next to a statue.. helped me stay out of the rain, .. will return one day, ...

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. Biggest downside was the private bathroom in our room had a sizeable gap where the door was supposed to latch, the bathroom door did not latch, and we found the translucent glass for the bathroom to be uncomfortable.
