The ground floor entrance hall is very basic, small, and you are greeted by the hotel staff (bell service, help with elevators, taxis, etc). You then take the elevator up to the top floor to check in at the small true lobby, which is attached to a very nice cafe room and lounge where you can sit and have tea or food. "My children and I had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien Seoul for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is above and beyond any staff I've encountered. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially the 3 hours of swimming! They even mentioned how nice all of the employees were! Once back to our room we ordered room service. "The property was okay, there was good water pressure in the bathroom. But the room decor was a bit old and dated, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the buffet at breakfast and lunch did not have many options. "

"We tried to stay at famous Gangnam area but not so much to visit around the hotel. Starfield COEX mall is not too far but not walking distance. Good thing is Airport bus stop (going to Incheon Airport) is right in front of the hotel. Clean and nice area. We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite on 17th floor which has 3 beds. The one in upstairs in only mattress on the floor ( 2 story room). Noticed some dust on the floor. Otherwise it is a very nice room. "

"We thought that we were getting a boutique hotel, and got something different. Once upon a time, this must have been one of the classier "love hotels" in the Gangnam area, as evidenced by the subtle but not glaring eroticism of the decor and the option of checking in through a vending machine. Today, the hotel's repositioned itself as a boutique and we saw no evidence of amorous lovers stopping by for the night. The property retains the high quality infrastructure that it must have opened...
