"A very enjoyable stay. Close to beach and most things we wanted to do were in walking distance. The property suited our needs and was well equipped. We made use of the Theatre (inhouse) and pool. A little noisy, as the beach road is very busy, but overall an excellent stay. The staff were exceptional with assistance and advice. Will definitely visit again. "

"This was our 3rd stay here because of its cleanliness, location, amenities and those views from the sky view rooms. Its a bit dearer than the majority of stays in the area but the views and location make it all worthwhile. Only downside was no safe in room not usb ports to charge devices so pack your adapter. "

"Love this hotel. My previous stay was a bit nicer though. Stayed in the same type of room as last time, however the layout was different and not as clean. Side note, the rooms need better air circulation. Aircon is good but it's still quite stuffy inside. "

"The reason for my overnight stay was related to business which meant a late check in and an early check out. The property was beautifully maintained, quiet, all the staff were so accommodating and friendly, car parking was easy. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful. I would definitely stay at RACV Royal Pines Resort again. Thankyou for looking after me."

"We had an excellent stay after several years following our previous stay. The property has been well maintained and has helpful staff. The lifts have improved but at peak times are still a bit slow and congested. Easy walk for restaurants…make sure you visit No Name Lane for coffee and breakfast! We’d recommend a stay here. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had a wonderful view, and was spacious and clean. Though it could do with a few more cooking implements such as a frying for longer stays. All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities."
