"Have stayed in the past and will likely stay again. Things I didn't like so much: some random guy knocking on our door at 7am waking us up and an open bottle of "used" milk being left for our use in the fridge......not that hygienic I wouldn't have said."

"Nice hotel in Auckland at city center, just few steps from main landmark. Fine rooms and hotel with several fine dinning options inside and outside. Good price value. Great staff. You can take a public bus from international airport to city and walk to hotel."

"Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end. "

"The Hotel itself was really great. Outside however was not a great experience with the homeless people and people that looked drugged up walking around. we felt unsafe to walk outside at night "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the heritage auckland, only wish it had been longer. We've been fortunate to have traveled to many locations around the world but this was definitely a favourite our our entire family. Very reasonable price, big rooms. Only downside was valet parking but we opted to park at skycity instead"
