"Had a problem checking in (new employee) after 24 hours in and out of airports just wanted to rest. No car to meet me at airport as ordered from hotel, tired and also angry by now!!! Got overcharged by taxi. Now after a very bad start of my stay in early May till early June, I fell in love with the hotel. The housekeeper is very kind and does an outstanding job. The sweet girl at the front desk was all so helpful in opening the front door when I was coming or going out, bring food I ordering to my room and a smile at all times on her face. The new employee needs desperately to be replaced. The guy mostly overnight was sweet did not have much interaction with him. I would stay here again good location."

"The Wink Hotel was close to many tourist sites. A “grab”, similar to Uber, was easy to order using the app to get to further destinations. The breakfast was fantastic and so many delicious choices. The staff, especially Letty & Vi, went out of their way to recommend restaurants and the Mulberry Spa nearby. The Steersman Brewery was walking distance with excellent beer & food selection. The hotel’s bar was reasonably priced with friendly bar tenders.I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding staff and welcoming reception area."
