"The hotel was nice and clean. Good 4 star standard. Rooms are not very big but good enough for a couple. The main advantage is the location - in the middle of Hanoi old town and just a few minutes walk from all the main attractions night market, lantern street, train street, Hoan kiem lake. Super nice ladies in the reception. Molly and Daisy were very helpful. Thank you Team for making our Hanoi experience even better. "

"La Siesta was one of the best hotels that we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Asia. The location in the Old Quarter was fantastic and the service was incredible. They will sit you down and review a map of Hanoi with you, then proceed to walk you to your room. You see the same familiar faces at the front desk each day, and they remember you! The front desk staff are also extremely familiar with the Old Quarter and have yummy food recommendations. They will recommend the hole in the wall...

"It was ideally situated although not always easy to navigate back to. However an ideal hotel for the Old Quarter with lots of places to eat within close access. A very walkable area with no concerns about security..The staff were friendly and helpful and I had no concerns about standards in the hotel. The room was cleaned regularly, breakfast was good with adequate choice. I would have liked a room with a balcony : the room I got was fine but with no outlook. I wonder if paying upfront via...

"The location of the hotel is great to discover Hanoi by feet. The staff is great, especially Anna. She supported us with recommendations for food and sights. Helped us with a map,arranged our trip to ha long bay; Ninh Binh and the transfer to the airport. We will come back!"

"Super helpful and nice receptionists. The facilities are clean and bed is comfy. They have a vast variety of breakfast options with tasty pho and crème brûlée. Train street at walkable distance so it’s very convenient - the only drawback is you will hear the train horns at night but it’s acceptable. "

"Five stars, affordable,clean, nice staff, and in the middle of everything in old quarter. If I have one feedback, the hotel can replace their doors with sound proof ones because sound can be heard in the hallway. This makes it difficult to watch TV or do intimate stuff. Lol."
