"The service and staff were amazing here. The one thing to improve on would be having to ask twice for an adapter or to clean a room (I think that's on room service not the front end staff). But the front end and restaurant staff were probably the best I've ever come across. I felt important, well looked after and appreciated as a guest and I appreciate the staff as well!"

"Always my go to Hong Kong hotel. This time I shared a twin room with my cousin for the Rugby Sevens weekend. Room is very spacious for HK. Floor to ceiling windows offering dramatic city views.
