"We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us."

"The photos must have been taken a long time ago. The property was over crowded with unnecessary nick-nicks. Very crowded for 3 people and it had cockroaches Convenient for the city but nothing else in the area."

"A little alarmed when we saw the block of “flats” but once inside we were relieved to find a large modern apartment. Large kitchen, main bedroom all on the ground floor. So close to Govt. gardens, town, restaurants. Parking is at the back using driveway in Pukuatua St"

"This is a great area down by the lake, very peaceful. The boathouse has everything you'd need and is super comfy. Sarah is friendly and instantly responsive to any questions. 100% would stay again. Very pleasant."
