"Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem....

"The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. Lots of people wandering around trying to figure out where they were. There wasn’t a manual that we could find in the place...

"We had a conference in Annegeim and needed a landing spot at night that wasn’t overpriced near Disneyland. This was only a 20 minute drive and was easy to get back and forth. Private parking spot made it extra nice, as we came home late from events and left early. There was excellent communication with any questions that arose.
