Good for overnight stay on the way to Le Shuttle. Disappointing that the air conditioning on the fourth floor wasn’t working, and the windows only open a limited amount. We were informed at check in that there was a problem & an engineer was trying to fix it but it wasn’t working overnight. Could have been a real problem if the weather was warmer.

Room was amazing and leisure/ spa facilities were good. Check in staff were not overly welcoming, we were celebrating our anniversary which id mentioned at time of booking, this wasnt mentioned, not even a "happy anniversary" . When we asked where restaurant was we were pointed in a general direction. We didnt get a run down on the hotel facilities eg.leisure so had to figure it out for ourselves. Bar staff and leisure staff welcoming and helpful. Room was stunning couldnt fault it.

I have stayed before and unfortunately this stay wasn't as great. Air conditioning wasn't working for the two nights I was there. Was told to open the window or request a fan. Steam room also didn't work during my stay which was a shame. Staff as always were lovely and loved my sea view room

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. The only criticism - and it’s important to note that the hotel was extremely pleasant and I would recommend to anyone to stay there - is the lift… it’s small, slow. That said it helped us get some exercise, by using the stairs.
