"Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...

"Lovely staff and the management. They made our 30th anniversary very special and memorable. They gave us lots of surprises for our anniversary. When we enter the room there were lovely bottle of wine and chocolate with a greeting card which we didn’t expect on our arrival. We had a wonderful time there and never forget it.
