"Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. "Lovely staff and the management. They made our 30th anniversary very special and memorable. They gave us lots of surprises for our anniversary. When we enter the room there were lovely bottle of wine and chocolate with a greeting card which we didn’t expect on our arrival. We had a wonderful time there and never forget it.
