I stayed for a week. Property was fairly old and dated, and the level of hygiene was simply not acceptable for a hotel which markets itself as a 5 star option. There were dust and mould everywhere in the bathroom and the room felt damp and mildewed. Guests were quite noisy and could be heard so soundproofing wasn’t great either. Service was fair, not great and not awful but I felt compelled to leave a feedback of a poor experience happening upon checking out when I tried to get assistance from a front desk staff of possibly Philippines origin (name beginning with B) to bring my luggage from the hotel lobby to the concierge which is located at street level and was given a flat and curt reply that the hotel does not assist with that. There was no offer to provide any service at all. This was surprising again for a so-called premium hotel. Concierge staff were however at all times very professional and helpful.

Great location. Mong Kok is a fun part of HK for a family visit. Hotel is huge so be prepped for queues and a large amount of people in all the shared locations at any given time. Would stay again.

Love this hotel- will always be my go-to when visiting my family however this last trip left something to be desired. The pros - Property is located in the heart of Mong Kok - undoubtably 10/10 for location. The bad - The staff and services provided could be better. Example are the complimentary goods offered for returning guests- it took 3 separate calls over 2 days to finally get the fruits and wine delivered. For a hotel that exudes luxury and excellence why was this difficult? Also, a note on laundry - they’ve stopped offering laundry per kilo; it has become extremely expensive to do laundry through the hotel.

Have a great time at Cordis Hotel. Amenities were great and Staff were amazing. I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday, but they send us a tray package which is really cute along with the cake. Thank you. will be booking again on our next travel.

Great stay at the Cordis. Loved the swimming pool and the kids particularly loved the buffet breakfast. Such a great location with the MTR station virtually in the building. Really handy and comfortable stay. Would recommend.
