"I chose this property in north side of city in order to view the local red rocks. Terrific backyard for dogs to run, outdoor gazebo was inviting, pool & spa fence enclosed for safety. Fast hot water for shower or bath. Stovetop and microwave for cooking in kitchenette. Comfy bed with ceiling fans and HVAC for any weather. Outdoor 110 plug gave my EV a little juice overnight. Walkable neighborhood and park close by"

"Just off the strip, but just a 5 min walk thru the indoor connector to the MGM Grand casino to access the strip. Restaurants, Bars, Casino and stores all accessible without ever going outside. Valet parking was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. All and all a great 4 day stay. Room was advertised. Small cone filter coffee maker, pots and pans and some utensils were provided"

"We were not looking for a ritzy expensive place to stay. We needed a place to come back to and crash after seeing all vegas had to offer each day without breaking the bank. This place is close to the strip, about 7 minutes by car. It was very quiet. Door to the balcony was broken, but that wasnt a deal breaker. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the main living areas were tidy and roomy enough for our group."

Only con is not having towels changed and cleaning with the price you are paying you would think it’s included and not an extra charge. Other than that, accurate stay!"

"Very convenient location, staff were friendly and courteous. We didn’t get our first pick of a King sized bed, but the agent who checked us in offered to put us near the top floor and gave us a food and beverage credit in exchange for us taking a Queen, instead. The pool and beach areas are among our favorites on the Strip. Great food options right there in the property, as well. Highly recommend the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil show, as well. MGM parking pass allowed us to easily get around most other parts of the Strip without a crazy amount of walking."
