The property is well situated on the Strip and is generally clean and safe. I cannot believe however that in 2024, smoking is still permitted on the property and also, they don’t recycle! It’s unconscionable for so many reasons. The VIP amenities are not worth it, as the 30.00 credit won’t buy you two drinks and the room upgrades are limited. Housekeeping services did not come and clean our room and refresh our towels despite multiple calls. The biggest irritant is the fact that the mini fridge in your room is used for overpriced in room drinks and cannot be used for anything you purchase. To get a mini fridge for personal use it costs 50.00 per day! Pool and gym were both great and Mary at Concierge services was fantastic in helping us to book show tickets and get dinner reservations. Unlike virtually every other casino we visited, this one does not have 10 or 15 dollar tables and has limited choices in table games so beware. Also, the poker tournament was a little suspect, because entrants were arriving 30-90 minutes late and were still allowed to play! This is my second time to Aria and might consider staying somewhere else next year.

Nicely appointed, great location, clean, good staff. But charging $25 for a bottle of water or $40 for some sun block, on top of $50 resort fee, isnt what good hospitality looks like for me. Also priced out of gaming with $25 min bets and 6/5 blackjack I ended up not gaming at my home casino.

When we checked in to the room There where cleaning rags left on top of the desk.The shelves were dirty not cleaned well The top of the headboard was really dirty,and the restroom was missing some hardware by the toilet,the caulking around the restroom was missing around the shower. Overall the room was really cheap feeling when we got there it seemed that we where at a 2 star hotel.Ive stayed here before but this time it was very sad experience.

In general, the hotel is not bad. I did not like the design, everything is very dark. The hotel room was not clean, dust and hair everywhere. Great pool area. Lots of other hotels nearby, getting around is easy and convenient. But next time I would not stay in this hotel.

We stayed at the property for two nights. The first night was great, but the second night was a nightmare! ALL night long, the hotel next to our room had a pool party with a very loud DJ and massive speakers. The music shook our room and we were not able to sleep ALL night! I called down to the front desk and they said, "Would you like ear plugs?".

The entire self parking garage became full and i spent an hour stuck trying to get out of their parking garage. I almost missed a concert I had tickets to. They comped the stay by upgrading us to a suite. Room was beautiful and clean. Just be aware that the self parking garage is terrible.

Property doesn’t respond to messages. Check-in is one very long line, regardless if you’ve checked in online prior or not. No use of in room mini fridge (ridiculous room charges for drinks we didn’t consume) for personal drinks or food. No coffee machine in room. No place convenient to grab food or drinks near by. No view in room whatsoever. Not a great experience.

The Aria is a beautiful casino and property and is ideally located the centre of the strip. Thanks to Expedia VIP status, we received a room upgrade to a Skyview penthouse suite which was incredible and absolutely levelled up our stay to the next next level. Thanks to the amazing Aria staff and property!

UNSAFE I reported that at approximately 11pm last night, someone with a key entered our room while we were sleeping and said they were with housekeeping. They frightened us so my daughter yelled and they left the room. I immediately got up to put the latch on and look through the peephole. I saw someone walking away with a cart. I called the front desk and told them to report it to security. I had no follow up. I called this morning before we checked out and spoke to Rose at the front desk. She insisted on speaking with me even though I asked for a manager. After relaying the story and telling her that the front desk person I called had made notes and said they would contact security, she asked me why didn’t I make a report with security. Rather than being concerned with someone trying to come into my room, she somehow put the onus on me. There are security cameras everywhere so it shouldn’t have been hard for security to review that. I’ve asked for a return call from a manager and have yet to hear anything back.

This was one of the best smelling hotels that allows you to smoke. Unless you were standing next to someone smoking you would never know you could smoke in the Casino. From the moment you arrive outside you can smell the hotel welcoming you in. The rooms where nice xleaned and updated and t h e staff was great.

The hotel was lovely. Great variety of dining options. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing was our room was not vacuumed and the desk where the snacks and fridge had a film of dust on arrival. On day two the room was vacuumed but desk was not cleaned through out our stay. We put that down to staff shortage so didn’t make a fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though.
