The casino smelled OLD. Other hotels don't. If they just changed the carpets that are full of old stale smoke it would be better.

More direction and information signs must be mounted inside and outside of the hotel. Hotel rooms must have coffee maker and mini fridge too.

The hotel was clean, the staff did not speak. We had a hard time getting drinks but other than that the hotel was great.

Most of the 4 Pools closed during the week 1 Pool open for all guests (Only open on Weekends) 1 Pool open for all guests including the one with the water slide. Also pools close at 6:00pm. Paid extra for early check in at 11am one of our rooms was not available to after 3pm. No coupons for onsite deals such as Tournament of kings. After al the service charges the show would have been over $300 dollars for 4 people with a coupon. When we got to our room our pillows smelled like puke. But were replaced upon request. Room only cleaned every other day due to over booking.

Older hotel. Needs a bit of renovation. There was a fist fight in the kids pool by drunk adults. Needs to do a better job of keeping the piece.

The room was okay, but the sink had a hairline crack and the room was filled with the scent of marijuana. There is no coffee pot in the room and Starbucks didn't open until 6 am. We had no special discounts presented to use the hotels facilities or attend the events. That really isn't a problem but it would have been a nice perk as a guest.

I have stayed here many times. The room was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful. Disappointed thay the day spa had closed down. Unless i missed it there was nothing on the hotel information to suggest it had permanently closed down.The rooms no longer have fridges. So on top of the room cost and resort fees for facilities i didnt use you could conveniently rent one for $25 a day. Super Disappointed with that aspect.

black mold in the bathrooms, tv not working, everything outdated. vent in bathroom from the 80's. have to pay $18 a day to park and check out is at 11am but it's only good for 2 hours after check out. area towards the parking garage stinks like sewage and parking garage smells like a portapoty

Property was nice. We’ve always stayed at the Bellagio. So, This was nice. The Buffet prices was outrageous. $84 for two people for breakfast never again. Other than food prices being extremely high we would stay here just go elsewhere for food.
