Staff tried to supposedly upgrade me to a room that was on a lower floor and were trying to charge me extra for my room I booked which had the strip view .
When I arrived to my room there was an open beer can on ice with a used cup next to it . This is why I don’t trust hotels . I give 3 stars because staff supervisor didn’t charge me the resort fee and tried to make my stay a little better although I wasn’t looking for a discount.
Our room that we paid extra to upgrade that was supposedly "renovated" was not at all renovated. The shower leaked into the bathroom floor, the shower knob was hard to turn on and the hot and cold were opposite of what it was supposed to be. We told them that we would like daily cleaning and no cleaning was done. We called on day 2 and were told that they were "busy" and put in the request for the next day between 9 and 10. Housekeeping finally showed up after noon. The location was great. Pool was alright. Freezing cold water but great music and atmosphere. Location of hotel is great but we would rather stay elsewhere. Staff was not at all friendly and the charges for little things like early check in? No! We won't be back.

We have stayed there 6 or 7 times. Seems there is no cafe for lunch and breakfast. No coffee in room and having o line up for check in, check out, coffee in the morning. Won't stay again because of all the line waiting.

The location was close and convenient to the concert we went to. The room was spacious and clean. HOWEVER, we asked for extra pillows 3 TIMES for my daughter who is 8 months pregnant and never received them. Even after being told we would be put on priority.

This property is noisy and dirty. Room service is bad, they woke us up even those the ‘do not disturb ’ sign was on door. They forgot to clean or just didn’t come other days. The pool is noisy and chairs cost 100 or you sit on cement. Way too loud to enjoy the area and the pool water was extremely cold. They also had construction going on waking us up each day, when we complained they denied there was construction. Then they got enough complaints that they issued us a 50dollar credit but didn’t tell us, so it went unused. I was very disappointed and will never stay here again.

Good luck with the elevator. It takes the room card to operate and it works only half the time. We checked in with booking a Go room only to be told they occupied that room, but never fear. That gave us a downgraded room. But sure charged us the same amount as the go room. It smells like weed and cigarettes everywhere. Will not be staying there again.

I did enjoy the $25 dollar upgrade, but I did not appreciate the two in the morning pool party noise. And, I could not get into the pool because of my water bottle, that was kind of stupid.

They went in my room while i was going and stole all of my jewlery and cash and my daughters Nintendo Switch . The security took a report and will get to me with one day - 5 days to verify who used the key fob and its been 3 days and no news. Never will stay at that Hotel ever again! Unsafe. Dirty and everyone is rude!

Our experience was great and our view was amazing. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was horrible. Would definitely eecommend it though.

Loved how close it was to everything. The only thing I would change is the mattress in our room needs to be replaced it dips in the middle really bad.

We were told that we would be in the dog rooms because we booked through a third party. (Expedia). The room did not match the picture on Expedia’s site. It did not have a sofa or desk, both were clearly visible in the picture when we booked the room. There was no mention that these rooms were pet friendly. We were also told by the check-in staff to not be surprised to see urine stains on the hall carpet because it was the dog floor. Very rude check-in staff. Glad it was a short stay. On a positive note, the room was quiet.

Mini fridge in our room froze everything we put in it, there’s no microwave, and no coffee machine, nothing that other cheaper hotels typically have, so that was kind of a let down. Just very mediocre for such a high price.

Honestly disappointed in this trip. You spend enough money and hope for a good experience. Our inital room looked nice but after being checked in for all of 30 min the shower roof was leaking. Also had a missing blow dryer. Called the desk and was told that they would bring a blow dryer up and that never happened. They also said they would send someone for our shower. Fast forward to the next day and after listening to the shower drip all night at 8am we were awoken by a jack hammer from construction on a floor level resturant.
Called desk again and about leak and they tried to tell us someone came up to check on roof leak and pur door was locked and they couldnt. We were in our room at the apprent time someone came and no one attempted to come in or knock. Also someone did show up because we had muddy shoe prints in our shower.
Finally someone showed up and checked it, leak was 2 floors up so we got to switch rooms. Thank god because the jack hammering was vibrating our toilet which in turn made our room stink like outhouse but maintenance said it was working fine.
New room we though was good, except the blood splatter marks on wall and lamp and few drops on floor. It was disgusting but calling them did absolutely nothing.
I would absolutely not recomment the hotel to anyone or stay here again

We enjoyed staying at the Flamingo. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the Habitat area and enjoyed the location and the Promenade. We ended up spending a good deal of time there. Our only complaint was that the pool was really cold and we couldn't swim. Not a huge deal as there are so many things to do. We will definitely stay again when we return!

No mini fridge, horrible communication as to how to get to the room, elevators were barely working (at one point there was only 1 working elevator) and no mention of about $400 of extra resort fees for a simple weekend stay. It’s one of the hotels that hide it til you are checking out. With that being said I still enjoyed myself but it was in spite of my hotel situation, I mean the location is still dead center of the strip in my opinion.
