"The hotel is beautiful. Not at all like the cookie cutter chains. Nicely renovated. I had no idea, based on the Web description, that it had such a rich and interesting history. The little museum on the ground floor does such a great job educating in regards to the making of the Hoover Dam and the history of the area. Live music in the lower area bar was a pleasant surprise.
