Great central location on the strip. Big room, good view where we were. Miracle mall or has lots of good restaurants at a variety of pricing, and fun shops.

Paid for a Strip View room. Was put in a room overlooking the lower roof. The Strip could not be seen at all.

Cleaning lady only came in once in 3 nights. We were ok but fresh towels would have been nice. Drinks while gambling were hard to come by.

It wasn't enough signs for check-in you have to go all the way around to figure out where check-in was if you valet your car then you were good but if you didn't and you parked it and stopped working you had a long long trek and then you have to ask a lot of people where the front desk was.

The fitness center was a disappointment. Like 1997 Planet fitness. The machines were refurbished at some point and they did work. But the resort fees didn’t equal the experience. Rooms were fine. Beds were not. Walking to shop was super easy. Many reasonable restaurants nearby. Check your folio before you leave. I was charged valet when I didn’t even park there. Overall, it was okay. Well situated on the strip.

Needs updated. Charged $40 per lawn chair at the pool, total rip off. I ordered 5 drinks for my family pool side & was blown away at the $158 bill. Virgin pina cola ya was $28, add alcohol $36

A sewage smell was coming from the bathroom that made us nauseous. When maintenance “fixed” the issue they simply masked the smell with freshener. The walls were super thin and every noise came through. The room was pretty dirty, sheets, floor, bathroom. Overall a pretty bad experience.

This is a nice property, but there are some areas that definitely needs attention, our room was nice but it had a few tragedy areas such as the wallpaper was coming up an the cabinetry had large chips of wooden pieces missing. One of the elevators had cracked mirror on lower parts…other than that the location was perfect.. They have a lot of good places to eat.. Gordon Ramsey hamburger is located in there and the Mall…Which was a plus

I paid for a suite at Planet hollywood and the room was awful.
The couch had hair on it from whoever stayed there previously, cables hanging down from the tv, and there was only one tiny pillow for an entire couch?
Zero attention to detail and you can tell that Planet Hollywood took the cheap way out on this room. Disappointing to say the least. The normal room i stayed at in the Mandalay bay felt ten times nicer.
