Our room had marks on the floor in the bathroom I thought was blood ! It wasn’t it was make up! Bill balks of hair all over the bathroom! I talked to the manager at 230 in the morning he said he’d comp my rooms ! He didn’t ! They cleaned it the next day but I had to spread towels all over the floor to feel safe to walk in ! Horrible considering they were a 8.3 never again will I trust a rating !

I like the Orleans because it is central and fairly close to the places we like to visit. I prefer being out of the heavy traffic and crowds and this hotel is perfect for that. My only real complaint is that they could have better dining options though and their cafe should be open later for dinner. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly.

Easy check in, quiet and safe, Internet said airport shuttle, there was not one since covid. Four years should be enough time to either get one back going or take it off the website. And I know it's all over Vegas, but let's just put the true price instead of adding resort fees that are paid at the hotel. That being said, the hotel was great, super comfortable beds, loved the towels, and the water pressure in the shower may have been the best I've ever seen in my life!!!! So in conclusion I would give five stars for the hotel and the staff, zero stars for Vegas' resort fees policy, and 1 star for no shuttle. The shuttle does feel a little like I'm complaining on first world problems though, so I give em a bit of a pass there.
