Cool if you want to be close to Downtown Vegas. Check in took way too long because only two people were working and a long line for check-in, not what you want at 1 am. Staff were also unhelpful when I needed to hold on to some New baked goods but After checking out of my room, had no where to put them if the pool does not allow outside food or drinks.

My whole purpose of my Birthday weekend was to lay by the pool. They closed the pool for a private affair and when I complained they told me I wasn’t “not allowed “ I just needed to pay $900 to attend!!! I will NEVER stay there again. But they don’t care cuz I am just middle class. 😑

It was everything that I needed, but a bit of a long walk to the main strip and also no airport shuttle service. Also didn't enjoy my room being changed to one on the 8th floor where the pool is situated. The very noisy foot traffic past my room all the time was really annoying! Otherwise I had a good stay.

Nothing great about this property, kinda like your plain old Holiday Inn. The worst thing is the people stationed at the doors asking if you want free vouchers - don’t go for it! It’s a timeshare scheme. They pounce every time they see you

You pay $25.00 per day for a refrigerator. Also I called housekeeping for wash clothes and toilet paper several times and was told it will be another 15 minutes because they were being washed had to call back 2 hours later still no wash. Had to go to mom’s room to retrieve one. Finally came 5 hours later

Our shower was flooded due to our shower backing up, called the front desk they couldn’t have cared less about it! Called maintenance on 3 separate occasions over a 2 hour time frame and seen no one at all come and attempt to repair it. Switched to a new room finally which was not cleaned, dirty bed sheets, dirty tampons in the garbage in the bathroom. Just a terrible experience for our wedding day, we decided to get married elsewhere due to the careless manor the strat showed us

I did like how we were able to check in early. I didnt like how they are charging for parking because 2 years ago, they didn't charged. Another complaint I have is our bathroom had a clogged toilet as soon as we checked into our room and it took 5 calls and 5 hrs later before they sent someone to unclog the toilet. We had no working toilet for that amount of time. When the facility employee came, he was provided with the wrong information as he thought we had a clogged sink. He had to leave and come back with the correct tools. Literally took him 5 min to unclog it. Another thing we noticed is housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean the shower as we found multiple hairs throughout on the walls and floor. Also, the drawers by the bedside ended up breaking off. This is suppose to be a newly renovated room.

The Duece ride up and down the strip was to long the bus driver over stuffed the bus and house keeping half assed cleaned and restocked over all first time staying down the strip and it will be my last rather pay the extra for convenience and quality

I liked the design of the building the view of the Las Vegas arch the lights the multiple slots and games. I didn't like the surprise fees upon arrival, the faulty promotional items upon completion of a time share tour, upon receiving promotional items finding out not only is the casino cash a hoax the gaming casino is located 2.1 miles away from the casino that I was staying (the strat). Not being informed of seating fees upon receiving food vouchers very unacceptable. I wasted 3 hrs touring to receive gifts of uselessness. I wouldn't recommend a stay nor visit to this place. The weakest link in las Vegas.

Traveled with 6 kids, someone accused them of stealing a laptop, the man was very aggressive. Scared the kids but hotel security handled the situation well. The man apologized because it wasn’t my kids. Security checked cameras. Other than that bad experience, the hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly.

Not been to Vegas for 6 years and the Strat 7 years. But wow what a change. Can see the recent refurb everywhere. Rooms clean, spacious and modern. Amenities are excellent, plenty of choice for food, staff always helpful and the general buzz of the place is fabulous. Will definitely return

Kind of on the toe of things, surrounding area is not great, but not terrible. The wifi in the rooms is horrible if not non existent but I am sure this might be on purpose to keep people on the casino floor. Otherwise not too bad of a stay, somewhere with a little more restaurant variety surrounding might of been a bit better as well.

Hotel and staff were great just don’t stay on a low floor or you’ll have a pretty ugly view. good casino. Restaurant at the top of the tower was nice and had great views and service but the food was pretty bad considering the price. Would go back.

The TV and Wi-Fi did not work all weekend and the staff did nothing to fix them all weekend. The technician said that they knew about the problems beforehand and we were not given warning. The refrigerator did not get cold enough and the A/C did not get cold enough. The restroom had urine on the seat, the sink drained very slowly, and the shower had a weird residue.
